Transforming a tired workshop into a prestige service centre
Rebranding Cox Auto.
Cox Auto is a family owned and run European car service centre in in South Melbourne that has been operating for over 30 years. To coincide with the move to a new workshop, owner Ashley Cox wanted to use the opportunity to rebrand and relaunch — targeting a new audience and refocusing on customer service.
We repositioned Cox Auto from mechanic’s workshop to a prestige service centre. Along with a new premium feeling brand identity and website, we also helped amplify their brand through some luxury service touches. This included new efforts like Uber rides back to work, free coffee and wifi in the waiting area and bottles of still water placed in each serviced car.
Since the project, Cox Auto has seen a massive influx in positive customer social reviews and opened their second workshop in 2016.
